RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED:
our estimate of the shipping time is between 5-8 days, not counting the preparation and shipping of the products which is between 1 to 3 days, so please if your products have not arrived max 15 days Please give it more time up to 25 days max as there are some situations we cannot control like weather, mail delays and customs. If your products have not arrived after 25 days, we will give you a 100% refund instantly.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:
if your product arrived damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at email@example.com. After verification of the support and confirmation of the case, you will have two options: we will send you a new product or give you a 100% refund.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to get you the FITLOVO you ordered!
We're sorry you didn't love FITLOVO. Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
CHANGE OF OPINION :
You have 14 days after receipt of your product to return it to us. if you want to process you need to contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org we will send you a return address, please keep in mind that we only accept returns for products that are not used, washed and need to be in their original packaging.
What’s your return process if i’m not happy with the product?
Yes within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:
Securely pack the items in a box.
Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

Please note! If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your order.
We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.
