We use USPS/ UPA, DHL to Europe, and OSM to deliver the product.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME:


Transit time is (5-10) Business Days (Monday to Friday) to Europe
Transit time is (5-8) Business Days (Monday to Friday) to USA
Handling time is (1-3) Business Days (Monday to Friday)
Order cut-off time will be 3:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@fitlovo.com  

How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@fitlovo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
